Program
Speaker Ty EignerTy Eigner stepped up to the plate or more appropriately the blue line to present us with an impromptu program. Ty spoke in his capacity of high school hockey coach. He and his Brainerd team have done well this year and he is especially proud of the victory over Duluth. Ty talked about the wonderful advantages that students have in the Brainerd area schools with so many opportunities to get involved in activities that are so well supported by the community. He gave kudos to Sertoma and other service organizations who promote Brainerd school activities. fas 829-7761 Joyce Anderson. He discussed his coaching philosophy which he says is a mixture of all the things he experienced as a hockey player himself. He believes in setting high goals, being the best that you can be, and learning to deal with high goals in a realistic manner. He stressed the importance extra curricular activities have in preparing students for real life. He also urges his students to take advantage of one of the most stress free parts of their lifetime to get as much experience as possible. He thanked the parents for their intensive involvement in the hockey program. fas 829-7761 Rick Besmehn Congratulations on a successful season coach.

Notes
Find a Sawbuck Corner:
The FAS Program was designed to encourage people to read the newsletter. Even those who attend the meeting can benefit from reviewing the announcements etc. If you find the letters FAS followed by your name, you must call the number provided and just leave a message that you called and attend the next meeting to collect your money. Simple--however 90% of the people never respond. FAS Corner This week's winner was Paul Gropper; Dean Zenner didn't win.

Photos Photos Everywhere New photos go up almost every week on our new MSN Community homepage. This community is for the club, easy to join and gives you the opportunity to add edit or delete any photos that are posted as well as leave messages for fellow Sertomans. It is a good way to thank someone for doing a good job or give them some positive feedback for a big event in their life. If you wish to view the current photographs or check out the new online directory go to:  http://communities.msn.com/BrainerdNoonSertoma/_whatsnew.msnw
