Awards Information
GEM Award 
(During the first twelve months of membership in Sertoma)
a. Must be a new member
b. Sponsor a new member.
c. Attend Conference or Convention (International, Regional, District)
d. Bring in a New Member and complete the following: be formally inducted, attend an orientation meeting, serve as a greeter 5 times, be a member of a committee, attend club meetings, work 20 hours minimum on any club project, attend a board meeting and attend another Sertoma club's meeting.
Gold Eagle Program Centurion 
(During any twelve month period after eligibility for the GEM Award has expired)
a. Complete 50 hours of Service.
b. Attend Club Meetings, attend 3 Board Meetings, attend another clubıs meeting.
c. Be in good standing for 12 months.
d. Sponsor a new member.
e. Attend Conference or Convention (International, Regional, District)
Gold Eagle Program Tribune 
(During any twelve month period after Centurion award has been earned)
a. Complete 75 hours of Service.
b. Attend Club Meetings, attend 4 Board Meetings, and 2 Meetings of other clubs.
c. Be in good standing for 12 months.
d. Sponsor a new member.
e. Attend Conference or Convention (International, Regional, District)
Gold Eagle Program Senator I, II, III 
(During any twelve month period after previous award has been earned)
a. Complete 100 hours of Service.
b. Attend club meetings, 6 board meetings, and 3 meetings of other clubs.
c. Be in good standing for 12 months
d. Sponsor 1 new Member.
e. Attend 2 Conferences or Conventions (International, Regional, District)
To receive a President's Growth
a. Recruit one new member and receive the Sertoma Rising pin with the American flag.
b. Recruit two new members; receive the Sertoma Rising pin with the American and Canadian flags.
c. Recruit three new members; receive the Sertoma Rising pin with the American, Canadian, and Mexican flags.
